COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVE
In Community Service Initiative, we are required to form a group to either raise fund or conduct activity for the chosen organisation. For this project, my friends and I have chosen to conduct fund raising activity for Persatuan Kanak-kanak Cacat Klang Selangor (PKKCKS).
Comence of subject.
Upon deciding on fund raising, we have planed out a few options to do for fund raising. As we felt we should include the kids effort, we have proposed to the activity team to conduct a painting session so that we cound inccoperate the kids drawing when we do fund raising.

Bazzar day (May 1st)
On May 1st (labour Day) PKKCKS hold a bazaar sales every year on this day to help the organization raise fund, hence we use this opportunity to sell our merchandeise

REFLECTION
Through this project, it has opened my eyes regarding the social problem faced by our society. In our world, these special children are still facing descrimination from society, and even worse their own family. Other than that, this project has also thought me about time management, in a hectic course such as architecture, we need to plan our time well to manage all the assignments, hence CSI has gave me an opportunity to furthur improve my self organization. Also CSI has also hekped me improved my communication skills as well as helped me break free from my introverted nature. As we need to sell merchandise, one has to be more outspoken so attract customers, and to furture please them we must have good communication skills. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our lecturers in guiding us and keeping our progress in check, without them , this project would be in a mess.
30th May (ART FOR ALL EXHIBITION)
Incooperation with the activity team, an exhibition is held in Taylor's University to shocase the children's art work as well as an opportunity for the children to have an outing. On the day itslef, we also had a handover of ceque to the head of PKKCKS's Mr. Murgan, we also took this opportunity to sell our merchendise to the students of Taylor's University. With this activity, we ended our CSI project.
